TS005 INDEXER MODULE
TS005 is the basic version of a rotary indexing table controller that turns the WEISS Rotary Indexing Table into an efficient system. It shortens the project configuration and commissioning time thanks to clever features such as EPLAN macros, AML descriptions and 4D behavior models. The semiconductor relay ensures high reliability even in series production.

In single-shift operation where few cycles and long waiting periods are the rule, the EF3 is particularly energy efficient. When there is a high number of time-critical cycles with high dynamics, the drive controller impressively delivers full performance for the motor and simultaneously protects the brake coil against wear. Default parameters and a keypad for operation make commissioning easier.

W.A.S. 2 LS has preset parameters, which make it easier to commission the WEISS Linear Transfer Systems. Only application data such as indexing, travel distance, loading, speed and acceleration has to be added. The user is guided by clear instructions on the graphical user interface. Extremely fast processes can be implemented with the sequence programming directly in the drive controller.

LS280
With LS280, WEISS has transferred benefits of the Rotary Indexing Table over to a Transfer System. This concept shortens the transport times and thereby increases the productivity. The modularly designed system can be expanded as needed.
